大多使用主流电机 是 外转子三相交流无刷同步电动机，普通电机是 内转子有刷，直流电。
多旋翼外转子无刷电机 外壳与轴一起旋转，端粗，转速低，扭矩大，适合带 低速大桨
内转子电机 外壳不转轴转，细长，扭矩小，转速高，适合带高速小桨，电动涵道 航模基本上都是内转子电机
有刷无刷电机对比：
没有了有刷电机运转时产生的 电火花，极大的减少了电火花对无线电子设备的干扰；没有电刷，运转时摩擦力大大减小，运行顺畅，噪音低，没有机械接触，内阻也小狠多，一般无刷电机效率高达80~90，有刷很难超过40%
